General manager Philipp Halbach welcomed five new trainees to the ranks of Diagramm Halbach at the beginning of the new training year. The Schwerte-based family business has been running a comprehensive training program for many years now and regards it as being a central element in maintaining the company's competitive and innovative capacity. Philipp Halbach believes that the success of Diagramm Halbach's training program is not least demonstrated by the number of former trainees, who now hold important management positions within the company: "The company's high level of specialization makes intensive training and promotion of young talents imperative. It goes without saying that we are even happier if we can offer appealing career prospects in production, sales and marketing or administration when they have completed their training."

The Diagramm Halbach team will be strengthened by Lisa Glumm (digital media designer), Esra Ayyildiz and Anastasiya Pykhtina (industrial business management assistants), Christoph Moldenhauer (Bachelor of Science IT) and Pedro Garcia Duarte (qualified IT specialist in application development) in the future.
